We Should Read was something I said to my kids often when they were little, and started saying it to anyone who would listen. It has evolved through the years and where I think it's settle is as a campaign/initiative to encourage children to read and help those raising readers find resources. Speaking of resources- These books were written to promote diverse characters, higher tiered vocabulary, introduce sight words, as well as help to build social emotional skills and spark an interest in S.T.E.A.M.

Hi, I'm Kam and the founder of We Should Read. I'm a mom & Reading Advocate among other things.

Helping children learn to read and develop a love of reading is very important to me. I wrote books that focus on Social Emotional Learning, Higher Tiered vocabulary, and celebrate diverse characters. By day I am the Chief Mission Services Officer for Goodwill of Southern, NV and a positive self-talk advocate and share my thoughts on my Instagram-Get Up & Thrive.

I am an avid reader whether its a few sentences or hundreds of pages- reading has been the door to any dream I've been able to fulfill.
